Arrival: From the entrance gate, a gravel driveway leads to the house which is located at the ‘river’ end of Swanwick Drive. The driveway has room for 2 or 3 cars or even a boat. Living Area: The living room features the original timber ceiling, a romantic fireplace fuelled by Tasmanian eco friendly wood pellets, air conditioning, and a SmartTV with internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a full-size fridge, oven and microwave. There is a front-loading washing machine in the laundry area. Outside there are BBQ facilities, a covered deck with sensational sunset views over the water and a romantic spa pool. The house is serviced by mains power, solar power, rain water, and free NBN internet. Spa: During your stay at Sea Breeze Freycinet indulge in the heated 3 person spa pool. Located on the deck overlooking the lagoon the pool is heated to 38C all year round. Perfect to relax after exploring the national park or for simply taking in the sunset or the southern sky at night. Bedrooms and Bathroom: Sea Breeze Freycinet comfortably sleeps 4 guests although can sleep up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms and one bedroom with twin single beds. Each bed has a super comfortable bed dressed in quality hotel-style linen. There is panel heating if needed on cold nights. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers for guest use.
